The Local Control Funding Formula provides an opportunity to build awareness of the various state priorities and their impact on student achievement and success. This model also represents an opportunity to leverage resources to support student needs. S4 specifically focuses on the "Engagement" priorities, as listed below, and provides support to school districts, charter schools and county offices of education to meet their LCAP goals.
